TIKI KON is proud to announce a call for participants for the first-ever "Iron TikiTender," a cocktail competition taking place at this year's event!Where: Tiki Kon, Red Lion Jantzen Beach, Portland
When: Saturday, August 4, Noon - 1:00pm
Who: Currently working Oregon bartenders
Why: Bragging rights and a beautiful trophy
How: Complete the online entry form to qualify
The winner of the competition will receive well-earned bragging rights, plus a special, one-of-a-kind customized edition of the Tiki Kon 2012 "Hapi Tiki" commemorative mug by Munktiki. The trophy mug is one of a super-limited, numbered group of 25 pieces.
The theme of the competition is "Hapi Tiki," and the contest is open to working Oregon bartenders with a current OLCC server permit. Three finalists will compete head-to-head with a live audience at Tiki Kon.
To qualify for your chance to compete, complete the official entry form to submit your cocktail recipe by July 29, 2012!
